MOPer Download

To start MOPer, run moper.exe. A browser should open, if not please open a browser (use Chrome) and goto localhost:5000

Note:

• If you get warnings like "Unkown Publisher", "Unsafe Program", etc when you run this program, please click through the options to proceed.
• We tested MOPer on Chrome browser, so please use Chrome, other browsers may have different behaviour.
